They can be used to create looks for parties, music events, social media how-to’s and videos, or just to feel amazing. They work best when applied over foundation or a primer and you can apply powder or creme pigments with cosmetic sponges or makeup brushes. Stencil1FX are the creation of Ed Roth, owner of Stencil1.
